The Chief Executive Officer of the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA), Mohamed Hussain Maniku, on Monday, paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohamed Shafeeq. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance.

The discussions of this meeting centred on the challenges faced by CMDA and potential areas for collaboration with the Ministry.

CEO Mohamed Hussain Maniku was joined by Aminath Mohamed Didi, Director General, Education and Training Department and Abdullah Zakariyyah, Director General, Pension Supervision Department. Minister Dr. Shafeeq was accompanied for the meeting by the Deputy Minister of Finance Hassan Miras, Permanent Secretary Ahmed Siraj, Director General of State Shareholding Management Department Mohamed Shifah and Chief Debt Management Executive Maryam Abdul Nasir.
