National Pay Commission is a commission established by Act No.11/2016 (National Pay Policy Act) that shall determine a mandatory standard for the authorities which the Constitution has vested the powers of determining the salary and benefit of the public servants, and benefit given in resignation from or termination of employment or tenure of membership; and to determine the salary and benefit, and benefit given in resignation from or termination of employment or tenure of membership of those determined by an Act of parliament.
